better choose this place to stay when in cusco. welcoming service, cheery personnel, nice design. the colonial double room was well maintained and very specious. the american breakfast was perfect with lots of items to choose from. i loved the location that was very central.

Super location, incredible facilities, INCREDIBLY ATTENTIVE staff. Great view of lake. First-class service was provided. Pretty standard hotel, my first choice in Cusco.

The building was nice. I recommend you to eat at Cicciolina, that is set 600 feet away. Location was great! 15 mins walk from Qenko.

We would definitely book here again if we go to Cuzco. La peruana sangucheria is within short walking distance to the hotel. We greatly enjoyed staying at novotel cusco.
